So my new job in Santa Monica is going fine. I mean, I haven't the slightest idea what I’m doing of course, but they cater breakfast and lunch. I had the turkey avocado club.

Now, my commute, the 110 to downtown, then the 10 west to Santa Monica is, like…let me put it this way: we’ve all been in bad traffic before, but I had never engaged the E-brake. People read the morning paper. My 19 mile drive is 15 minutes shorter than the technician’s, who comes from Ojai. I’m not making this up.

Oh and by the way, I’m glad I now have the internet so I can be reminded of the fact that I never get email and have no life, much more often.

Please help me!!! and many others in the Chicago area. Tony, are you aware your show comes on here at1:45 in the morning???? I'm just exhausted all the time now. I never miss your show and have always been crazy about you. I am doing chemo and I have to get more sleep than you are allowing me. Hasn't someone shown you your numbers for the midwest area. I must be one of the few who is goofy enough to say up until 3:00 in the morning to watch your show. You're the best, Karen Eitel, Naperville IL

Dear tony,
i wanted to ask you about the one episode on 'who's the boss' when you and Angela Bauer, the career-woman, are in bed next to each at that cheap motel, with just a curtain to diffuse any of the sexual tension of being in the same room. how did you really feel at the time? i mean do actors and actresses really shut off their emotions and cut a scene? or is there more to it?
